Shoe Pavilion Appoints New CFO

Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based Shoe Pavilion Inc. announced the appointment of Michael P. McHugh as executive vice president and CFO, effective immediately. McHugh brings more than 35 years financial and accounting experience to the company, and most recently served as senior vice president and CFO for New York-based J. Crew Group Inc.
