Transit Culture Opens Showroom in New York
August 28, 2008

Transit Culture
Transit Culture/R.A.A., a creative design and manufacturing resource specializing in the development and execution of iconic art statements for the store design and architectural industry, opened its Chelsea showroom in New York in June. Transit Culture/R.A.A. is owned and operated by Carlo Alessi and Rachel Arnold, who opened the Chelsea showroom to expand their offering to a broader client base. Their objective is to have two shows a year, presenting an eclectic blend of materials to represent a relevant style in today's marketplace. The opening June show was "la Belle Epoque," where Classic Myth and Moderne were combined to recall a Cocteau style. In December, they will be presenting a new look, where featured decorative artisans will be combined into the Transit Culture/R.A.A. mix. For more information, visit www.transitculture.com.
