Circuit City Senior VP, CMO Leaves Company

Richmond, Va.-based Circuit City Stores Inc. announced the departure of Peter Weedfald, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Weedfald had been with the company since July 2006. The company recently fired 3,400 of its employees, and lost another high-level executive, George Clark, executive vice president of multichannel sales, in January 2008.
