7-Eleven to Sell 30 New York Locations

Dallas-based 7-Eleven Inc. is putting 30 of its New York convenience stores/gas stations on the market, according to Convenience Store News. The locations were part of the retailer’s acquisition of 188 Wilson Farms stores in 2011. Lot sizes range from approximately 5,500 sq. ft. to nearly 81,000 sq. ft., while store sizes range from 1,100 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft. All sites are being sold without 7-Eleven branding.
