American Eagle Outfitters Announces Expansion in the Philippines

Pittsburgh-based American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. announced today its expansion plans for the Philippines. The company has signed a multiyear retail license agreement with the Suyen Corp., a franchisee and retailer that operates approximately 744 stores in the Philippines. The agreement includes American Eagle Outfitters stores and Aerie stores. Slated to open at the end of 2013, the new stores will contribute to the 13 countries American Eagle Outfitters will have expanded to by the end of the year.
