Pittsburgh-based American Eagle Outfitters Inc. has sold its 77kids stores to Ezra Dabah, former CEO of The Children’s Place, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The company announced in May that it would exit its children’s clothing line, which it launched in 2008. The sale included substantially all of the 77kids assets, including the online business, and a temporary license to use the 77kids name through Jan. 15.
