Baja Fresh Opens New ‘Express’ Prototype in Atlanta Airport

Irvine, Calif.-based Baja Fresh Mexican Grill recently opened a Baja Fresh Express in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The new 752-sq.-ft. restaurant has been designed to fit within the new Baja Fresh Express prototype, which encompasses the company’s latest restaurant design, service and customizable menu. The design features natural wood, warm colors and a menu that incorporates more customization.
