Blaze Pizza Announces National Expansion Plans

Pasadena, Calif.-based Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza announced that it is now accepting franchise applications for 32 states. Blaze Pizza's first location, a 2,600-sq.-ft., 90-seat space in California, uses an assembly-line format that allows customers to create their own pizza or customize a signature one. The company's second restaurant, a 2,800-sq.-ft., 100-seat location, is slated to open next month in the Theater District of Pasadena with plans for a third location in Los Angeles also underway.
