CFP Components Acquires Cabinotch

Greensboro, N.C.-based CFP Components, a division of Columbia Forest Products, has acquired Cabinotch. Cabinotch is a company that has developed a system for assembling face-framed cabinet boxes that feature Columbia’s domestically-produced, formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood. Columbia Forest Products is expanding awareness of the Cabinotch cabinet box system through promotion by its network of independent wholesale distributors.
