Corner Bakery Cafe Expands to Northwest

Dallas-based Corner Bakery Café recently announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Northwest Bakery Café LP to open flagships in the northwest beginning next year. The restaurant operators plan to open 18 bakeries in and around Seattle over the next seven years. Locations expected to open in the next two years are likely to include cafes in both Bellevue, Wash., and Seattle. Currently, Corner Bakery Café operates more than 140 restaurants across 15 states.
