San Francisco-based CrossCap has opened an office on Park Avenue in New York. The focus of the new office will be to service existing clients and build new business with East Coast-based retailers. Rahim Kassam, CIO, will lead the office. CrossCap opened its first location in Toronto in 2001, and now operates locations in San Francisco, Toronto, Bentonville and Delhi, in addition to New York.
