Boston-based DGS Retail has purchased Chicago-based Cormark Inc. to become DGS/Cormark. DGS Retail operates manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts, Utah and Florida, servicing various retailers with their store fixture, décor and graphics needs. The acquisition will complement the company’s in-house manufacturing capabilities, giving it a presence in Asia, as well as upgrading its design services and creative teams. With more than 370,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, DGS/Cormark is positioned to service both the nation’s retailers and CPG’s domestically and internationally.
