Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin’ Donuts, a subsidiary of Dunkin’ Brands Inc., has signed a new franchising agreement with local entrepreneurs to develop 15 restaurants in the Frankfurt, Rhein-Main area over the next five years. Currently, Dunkin’ Donuts has more than 30 locations across Germany, concentrated in the Berlin and Nordrhein-Westfalen metropolitan areas. With the new franchisee agreement, the total number of Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in Germany will rise to nearly 50 locations in the coming years. The company has more than 10,000 restaurants in 32 countries worldwide.
