Express to Open Flagships in New York, San Francisco

Columbus, Ohio-based Express Inc. plans to open flagship stores in New York’s Times Square and San Francisco’s Union Square. Both are scheduled to open by fall 2013. The company also announced that it has signed a franchise agreement to open stores in Mexico, marking its third international agreement. The company expects to end the year with 625 stores in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
