August 22, 2013
Atlanta-based Fresh To Order (f2o) has entered two new Tennessee markets: Knoxville and Nashville. The “fast-fine” restaurant chain recently signed a development agreement for Knoxville with MRG Southeast LLC. Fresh To Order also signed a lease at Elliston 23, a new mixed-use development in the West End area of Nashville. This 2,900-sq.-ft. restaurant with a 500-sq.-ft. patio is scheduled to open in December of this year. Additionally, the chain continues to expand in Chattanooga, Tenn., where it currently operates one company-owned unit. Overall, Fresh To Order plans to double in size by 2014, with continued growth in the Southeast and expansion into the mid-Atlantic and Midwestern states.
