Orlando, Fla.-based based Hard Rock Corp. has opened its first-ever Hard Rock Hotel location in Mexico. Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta accommodations include 348 guest rooms, six restaurants, four bars and 6,300 sq. ft. of meeting facilities. The company also plans to open Mexican hotel and casino projects in Cancun in 2012 and Riviera Maya in 2013, as well as in Abu Dhabi in 2014. Currently, the company operates a total of 176 venues in 54 countries, including 140 cafés and 16 hotels/casinos.
