Hot Topic to Debut New Lingerie Concept

City of Industry, Calif.-based Hot Topic Inc. plans to test a new lingerie concept called Blackheart, according to the Associated Press. The new store will specialize in dark, edgy lingerie, accessories and beauty products targeted at the company's core teen customer. The company is opening five Blackheart stores in Southern California and Texas malls by mid-November, and the products will be available online beginning Nov. 15.
