MaxLite Appoints New Solutions Program Manager

West Caldwell, N.J.-based MaxLite has appointed Joe Pater to utility solutions program manager. Pater will be responsible for managing participation in utility rebate programs and driving new opportunities that produce energy savings for customers. He will engage utilities across North America to identify new and innovative energy-saving programs that include outdoor and indoor LED lighting fixtures for commercial, industrial and residential markets. He will report directly to Thomas Rhee, senior vice president of sales, marketing and product.
