NRF Announces VP of Retail Technologies

The National Retail Federation (NRF) has appointed Tom Litchford as its new vice president of retail technologies, effective July 2. Litchford, a retail technology veteran who has held prominent roles at Microsoft Corp. and NCR, has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. In his new role, he will lead and manage NRF’s Association for Retail Technology Standards (ARTS), as well as the CIO Council. He will be responsible for developing strategic programs, activities and relationships with retail and technology communities, both domestically and internationally.
