Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. is accelerating the growth of its Nordstrom Rack concept. The company plans to open 15 additional Rack stores before the end of the year, and 24 stores are planned for 2013. Currently, there are 110 Nordstrom Rack locations, and by the end of 2016 the company expects to operate more than 230 stores.
