Nordstrom to Open New York Flagship in 2018

Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. has finalized its agreement with Extell Development Co. to build its first-ever, full-line store in New York. The retailer has confirmed that the 285,000-sq.-ft. store will open in 2018. Its seven-story department store will be located in the base of a mixed-use building in the Columbus Circle area of Manhattan. The building is still in the planning stages by Extell.
