Nordstrom to Open Second Greater-Minneapolis Store

Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. plans to open a full-line store in Minnetonka, Minn. The 138,000-sq.-ft. store will be located at Ridgedale Center and is slated to open in fall 2015. The new store will mark Nordstrom’s second full-line store in Minnesota, joining the Mall of America store. The company also operates two Nordstrom Racks in the area, one at Mall of America and the other at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove. Currently, Nordstrom operates 240 stores in 31 states, including 117 full-line stores, 119 Nordstrom Racks, two Jeffrey boutiques, one treasure&bond store and one clearance store.
