Office Depot Opens Small-Format Store in New Jersey

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Office Depot Inc. debuted its new, small-format store in Hoboken, N.J., on Jan. 21. Created by Office Depot specifically to serve “on-the-go” customers in an urban setting, the Hoboken store represents a new retail format for the company and is the first-ever store in the Northeast to debut this new ultra-convenient format. The company plans to continue to roll out this concept in select markets across the country. At 5,000 sq. ft., the new small-format Office Depot store is more intimate and simple to navigate. Currently, the company operates 1,656 retail stores worldwide.
