PRI Study: Retailers Underinvest in Technology

According to a study conducted by Platt Retail Institute (PRI), retailers substantially underinvest in technology. The study, titled “Retailers’ Investment in Technology: An Industry Perspective,” found that contrary to published research, the numbers retailers invest in technology are fairly low when compared to other service industries.
