Pointsmith Hires New Business Analyst

Katy, Texas-based Pointsmith has hired Charles Scott as a business analyst within the company’s information systems department. In this role, Scott is responsible for the research, preparation of requirements, content specifications, user-interface specifications, use cases and management of defect lists as it relates to each client project. Before joining Pointsmith, Scott served as senior lead consultant at Catapult Systems for nine years. He has more than 20 years of experience as an information system professional.
