Prime Retail Services Announces New Construction Manager

Gainesville, Ga.-based Prime Retail Services Inc. has named Charles Jarvis as a construction manager. Jarvis joined Prime Retail Services in July 2011. He has been a state-licensed general contractor and roofing contractor since 1984, and has experience managing all trades for commercial, as well as new and remodel residential projects.
