Protech/Oxyplast Acquires Innotek Powder Coatings

Montreal -based Protech/Oxyplast Group has reached an agreement to purchase Big Spring, Texas-based Innotek Powder Coatings. Protech/Oxyplast will acquire all of the powdercoating business and manufacturing assets of Innotek, which specializes in high-performance thermoplastic powdercoatings. The company will integrate Innotek’s manufacturing operations into its own organization.
