Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH to Open Texas Store

New York-based Saks Inc. will open its ninth Texas location of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. The new store will be located in Grand Prairie at the new Paragon Outlets. The 27,548-sq.-ft. store will feature the retailer’s “luxury in a loft” design, which boasts a bright, uncluttered look, with no hard aisles and one consistent hard-surface floor throughout. All fixtures will be on casters and all hardware will be interchangeable between fixtures. Currently, Saks operates 64 OFF 5TH stores.
