Italian shoemaker Santoni has opened a flagship boutique in Milan. Located at 6 via Montenapoleone, the store was designed in collaboration with architect Patrica Urquiola. Inspired by the artisan craftsmanship and creativity used to create the designer’s luxury shoes, Urquiola enclosed the space in a modular grid of geometric shapes. Throughout the boutique’s two rooms, Urquiola used natural materials, including polished-walnut paneling and a geometric network of metal brass.
