Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Unveils New Global Spa Concept

White Plains, N.Y.-based Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. has announced the launch of Shine for Sheraton, a new global spa concept. The new signature spa concept was developed exclusively for Sheraton by Starwood Hotels and aims to offer guests an upscale, yet approachable spa experience. Shine for Sheraton, which will open in 17 hotels by 2011, will feature five signature treatments, including massage, facial, body treatment, manicure and pedicure, and a treatment for two. “Introducing the Shine spa experience across our portfolio on the heels of our $6 billion revitalization effort will be an invaluable, welcome addition to the Sheraton guest experience,” said Hoyt H. Harper II, senior vice president for Sheraton. “With this global rollout, we plan to make spa[s] a cornerstone of the Sheraton brand experience, one that guests will truly embrace as part of their lifestyle.”
