Simon Opens Outlet Mall in New Hampshire

Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. has opened Merrimack Premium Outlets, an upscale outlet shopping center serving the greater-Boston market. The first phase of the center's construction encompasses 410,000 sq. ft., housing 100 outlet stores, including Banana Republic, Bloomingdale's The Outlet Store, Calvin Klein, Coach, Gap Factory Store, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Nike and more. Currently, Simon Premium Outlets operates 72 locations, including 59 in the United States, one in Puerto Rico, eight in Japan, two in Korea, one in Malaysia and one in Mexico.
