Southern Imperial Acquires Sunbelt Plastic Extrusions

Rockford, Ill.-based Southern Imperial Inc. has acquired Sunbelt Plastic Extrusions Inc. With the acquisition, Southern Imperial will expand its product offering to include plastic-extruded products, such as signs, price rails, display panels, aisle directories and more. Sunbelt will continue to operate out of its manufacturing facilities in Centerville, Ga.
