Starbucks Opens Second Evolution Fresh Store

Seattle-based Starbucks Coffee Co. has opened its second Evolution Fresh retail store in downtown Seattle. Located at 517 Pine St., the new store features a grab-and-go, juice-centered concept. Starbucks acquired Evolution Fresh in 2011, and opened the first flagship location in Bellevue, Wash., four months ago. Additional stores are planned for Seattle and San Francisco this fall.
