Subway to Debut Café Concept in Miami

Milford, Conn.-based Subway will debut its new concept Subway Café in Miami’s South Beach. The 1,238-sq.-ft. restaurant will be located on the corner of 15th Street and Washington Avenue. Subway Cafés feature a similar format to the company’s traditional stores, but offer an expanded selection of baked goods and dessert items, and a full line of espresso-based creations. The concept design boasts brick- or wood-paneled walls, lounge-style seating with comfortable armchairs, high-end lighting and a fireplace.
