St. Louis-based Triad Mfg. has named Rick Happel as its new CFO. Previously, Happel served as the vice president of finance for Panera Bread Co., and most recently, worked as an independent financial consultant. Triad’s previous CFO John Bartelt will remain at the company as a financial analyst, a new role for the company. Additionally, Michelle Kruschik is now staff accountant, and George Johns is now controller.
